To process requests for products or services

If you visit our website to collect and/or request information about our products and services or when you sign up for the newsletter, for example, Déva will in any case need your e-mail address. All information that Déva receives from you in this pre-contractual phase is only used by Déva to provide you with the requested information, in the way you prefer.

To offer the best service

Déva uses personal data to set up, maintain and support products and services and for administrative purposes.

Choices personal data

View/edit/delete

We offer you the opportunity to view, modify, or delete all your personal data stored by us at the time of your request. This can be done simply by e-mail to info@devakitchenprojects.com or in writing to the address of our registered office: Déva Kitchen projects - Kaaitvaartstraat 62 - 1760 Roosdaal - Belgium, stating "Personal data".

You also have the right, without unreasonable delay, to obtain erasure of your personal data if and to the extent:

  • the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes;
  • a legal basis no longer exists;
  • you object to the processing, and there are no prevailing compelling legitimate grounds for the processing by Déva;
  • the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  • the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation imposed on Déva.

Déva will send you a confirmation message after implementation of a request for deletion. In case of partial deletion, Déva will also explain why the request could not be fully complied with.

Filing an objection

You have, at all times, the right to object to the processing of your personal data which is based on the legitimate interest of Déva for reasons relating to your specific situation. If objection is made by you, Déva will cease processing such personal data unless Déva cites compelling legitimate grounds for processing which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or which are related to the establishment, exercise or enforcement of a legal claim.

Data transfer

For personal data which are processed in the framework of the execution of the agreement, have been provided by yourself and are processed via automated processes, you as data subject have the right to obtain this data from Déva in a structured, common and machine-readable form, as well as the right to request Déva to transfer this data directly to another party, if this is technically possible, if you wish to switch to another provider.

Unsubscribe from newsletter

At the bottom of every newsletter, you receive from us, you will find the option to unsubscribe and no longer receive newsletters from Déva. All your personal data stored by us in function of receiving our newsletter are automatically deleted when you unsubscribe.

Security

When we receive or transfer your data on our website, we always use encryption technologies that are recognised as common standards within the IT sector. We have implemented the necessary security measures to prevent the loss, unauthorised use or modification of information we receive on our site. If we receive or transfer certain critical information, such as financial information, we use a secure server.
